We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the statutory conditions for doing so are not met.
2. Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as a right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and a right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz

3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider in Germany:
Hetzner Online GmbH
Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland
The host processes the data arising from your visit on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing our website securely and efficiently (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Server log files
Each time this website is accessed, the server automatically collects information transmitted by your browser:
- the page requested and the time of access
- the volume of data transferred and the HTTP status code
- browser type and version, operating system used
- referrer URL
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources and is used solely for secure operation, error analysis and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
5. Contact form, email and telephone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide - first name, surname, email address, telephone number, the service requested and your message - in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by email. Email delivery is handled by our mail provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. We store your enquiry until its purpose ceases to apply and delete it once no statutory retention periods prevent this.
Enquiry forms in our ads. You can also contact us directly through a form inside one of our ads on Google or on Facebook and Instagram, without visiting our website. These forms are provided by Google or Meta respectively, and their privacy policies also apply there. We receive your details - such as name, telephone number, email address, postcode and the service requested - from Google or Meta and process them like an enquiry sent through our contact form, on the same legal basis. Enquiries from Google ads are forwarded by our server to our mailbox by email; the server stores only the time and an identifier of the enquiry, no contact details.
6. Consent, cookies and withdrawal
Without your consent we set no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and read no identifiers from your device. On your first visit we ask you via a notice at the bottom of the screen whether you agree. Declining is exactly as easy as accepting.
Until you consent, the Meta Pixel and every other marketing tool are not loaded at all. The only thing that loads is Google Tag Manager, in a restricted mode in which it sets no cookies and reads no identifiers from your device. All that is transmitted is anonymous information about the page view, which allows no recognition of you. See the section on Google services for details.
Your decision is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage), not in a cookie and not on our server. You can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the website footer. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG; withdrawal takes effect for the future.
7. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads
To analyse our website and measure our advertising we use services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager is not itself an analytics tool. It only controls which of the tools named below is triggered and when, and it sets no cookies of its own.
Consent mode. Before you consent, all Google services on this website run in a restricted mode: no cookies are set and no identifiers are read from your device. All Google receives in that state is the anonymous information that a page was viewed, with nothing that makes you recognisable. The processing described below begins only once you agree.
Google Analytics 4. Only with your consent do we record which pages you view, how you found us, which device and browser you use and which region you are in. Google truncates your IP address and does not store it. We use this to see which content is in demand and where our website loses visitors.
Google Ads. Only with your consent do we measure whether your visit came from one of our ads and whether you then sent an enquiry, called us or messaged us on WhatsApp. On that basis we decide which ads to keep running, and we can show our ads again to people who have already visited our website.
Enhanced conversions. If you have consented and you submit our enquiry form, we transmit your name, email address and telephone number to Google exclusively in SHA-256 hashed form. The hashing happens in your browser before the data leaves the page - Google never receives these details in plain text. Google matches the hashes against existing Google accounts in order to determine which ad brought you to us.
Server-side transmission to Google Analytics. If your browser blocks the tools named above - through an extension or a security setting, for instance - your enquiry still reaches us but never appears in our statistics. In that case, and only if you have consented, we send the information that an enquiry was submitted directly from our server to Google Analytics. Your name, email address and telephone number travel with it exclusively in SHA-256 hashed form, and your IP address is not transmitted. If Google Analytics is running normally in your browser, this transmission does not take place.
Storing the ad click ID. If you come to us through one of our Google ads and submit an enquiry with your consent, we store the time of the enquiry and the click identifier assigned by Google (gclid) on our own server. We use it solely to tell Google Ads afterwards that this ad led to an enquiry. We do not store your name, email address, telephone number or message there. The entries are deleted after 90 days at the latest.
The legal basis is exclusively your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer; withdrawal takes effect for the future. Transfer to the USA is possible; Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. For details see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
Only if you have consented do we embed the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.
The pixel sets cookies and processes, among other things, your IP address, information about your browser and device, and information about which of our pages you visit and whether you submit our enquiry form. We use this data to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people interested in our services.
Meta processes the data further as an independent controller and may link it to your Meta account if you are logged in there. We have no influence over that further processing. Transfer to the USA is possible; Meta relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses.
The sole legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Further information is available in Meta's privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Conversions API. If you have consented and you submit our enquiry form, we additionally send that single conversion directly from our server to Meta. Your name, email address and telephone number are transmitted exclusively in SHA-256 hashed form - Meta never receives them in plain text - together with your IP address and browser identifier. Meta matches the hashes against existing accounts in order to determine which ad brought you to us. The sole purpose is measuring the effectiveness of our ads. Without your consent this transmission does not take place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
9. Fonts
This website loads fonts exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, in particular not to Google Fonts, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties in the process.
10. External links, WhatsApp and social networks
Our website contains links to WhatsApp and to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram. These are plain links; no content from these providers is loaded and no data is transmitted to them when you simply visit our site.
Only when you click one of these links are you forwarded to the provider concerned, and their privacy policy then applies. If you message us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your telephone number and your message. We have no influence over that processing.
11. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from http:// to https://. When encryption is active, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this privacy policy whenever the processing on this website changes - for example if we introduce analytics or marketing tools. The version published on this page at the time applies.
